pomodoro technique

This is an old technique to complete the task. As it says that you break your tasks in smaller time frame and size and complete it. Also after every time frame take a small break. Once you have complete 4 time frame. Go for a long break.

Normally people opt for 25min time frame with 5 min break. After 4 cycle, one would go for 15min long break. Where as I go for 45 min time frame with 15 min brake. After 4 work cycle I go for 30 min long break. It depends person to person.

Some people use physical watch while some use software to work it out. While I opted for a app called “pomodone” as it could get integrated with todoist. So I opted for the paid version. As in that you can use filter also. As majorly my task are depend on filtered only.
